PrimeWater City of San Fernando (PWCSF) has placed several handwashing facilities in various areas in the City, especially during the surge of the Covid pandemic in the year 2020. A total of 9 units were made available in Public Markets, Checkpoints, and PrimeWater’s office for the benefit of the consuming public.
The said handwashing units, which were built from recycled drums, have made clean water within reach for motorists, vendors, market goers, street workers and traffic enforcers who work in the vicinity.
Despite the closure of some checkpoints and market areas, 4 handwashing stations continue to be available for the consumers. These can be found in the Old Public Market in Brgy. Sto. Rosario, New Public Market in Brgy. Del Pilar, Sindalan Public Market in Brgy. Sindalan, and Bulaon Public Market in Brgy. Bulaon.
