PrimeWater was represented by its Wastewater and Sanitation Department Head, Archt. Vergel Angelo Paulo, External Affairs and Communications Head, Precius David, and Guagua Branch Manager, Paolo Parial, who emphasized PrimeWater’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Guagua and beyond.
